This page explains how to request access to License Management in Salesforce using ServiceNow.

Note: Users who already have access to Field Service or Salesforce CRM do not need to submit an access request. Your existing permissions include access to License Management in Salesforce. Before submitting a new access request, please verify whether you already have access to license management in Salesforce: Check Your Access here |
- Click the ServiceNow link: Request Access to Salesforce.
- Under Request Details, select the following options:
- Action Required? – Add
- SBU Account – Commercial HVAC Americas
- Access Required? – CHVAC North America – CRM
- For Is National Accounts (Key Accounts) access required? - select Yes or No as appropriate.
- Select the user's Time Zone – Choose the time zone you are in.
3. In the Please select the role field, make sure to select 'Commercial ES&C Technician'
4. Add comments explaining why you are requesting access, then click [Order Now] button.
5. Once your access request is processed, you will receive a notification.
