Symbio 700 Indoor Options Module Installation Guide and Configuration
Summary:
This kit is required when adding an electric heat or condensate overflow switch accessory. The Indoor Options module operates with the Symbio 700 in the condenser to provide logic control.

Address:
On the Indoor Options module, when the module is field-installed set the address rotary switches to 75. This is required to integrate the options module with the Symbio controller. If the Indoor Options module was powered up before setting the address, reset the IMC link. To reset the IMC link go to Tools > Service > scroll down to IMC LINK RESET.

Configuration:
Electric Heat:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change Primary or Secondary Heating Source to Electric > Primary or Secondary Heating Type to Stage > Primary or Secondary Heating Stages to 1 or 2.
Note:
Here's an illustration of how a secondary heating configuration can be utilized. In this scenario, we have a heat pump unit where the primary heating source is set to heat pump. However, if you also want to incorporate electric heat, the secondary heating source would be set to electric.
Condensate Overflow Switch:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change Condensate Overflow Switch to Installed.
