Issue:
Dynaview replacement process
Resolution:
- Remove power from the chiller
- Remove and replace faulty Dynaview
- Reapply power to the chiller

Perform a Techview local connection
- Message indicating "No Application Present" will be displayed
- Follow the prompts

Select the product type: RTA, RTH, etc.
- NOTE: For RTAC units you must select "RTA" firmware....do NOT select "RTAC EMEIA" as this is for "Europe, Middle East, India, and Asia"
- Next select the highest available MP firmware version
- Now select Download Software to Main Processor

The software will load, then you will be prompted to configure the chiller

RTAC units will use the model number, serial number, and confirmation code (CRC) to load configuration
- This numbers can all be found on the unit nameplate
- These values must be loaded into the "NAMEPLATE" tab within the Configuration menu

- All other units (RTHD, RTWD, CGAM, etc) will use a previously saved configuration

RTAC units will use the model number, serial number, and confirmation code (CRC) to load configuration
- Once the configuration has been loaded by one of the previous methods, select "LOAD CONFIGURATION" at the bottom of the screen to compete the download to the CH530

Update the following details:
- Chilled water setpoint
- Differential to start and stop

Compressor starts and hours
- Must be completed using KestrelView in Access Level 4
- Leaving water temperature and low refrigerant temperature cutout values (based on water-only or glycol)
