Issue:
Degraded comm: did not receive chiller packet(s)
Resolution:
This diagnostic is an indication that the CLD is experiencing issues communicating with the Chiller Module (1U1).
To determine which module(s) to replace, the technician should follow this procedure:
1. Check communication wires between Chiller and CLD.
2. Unplug all other communication wires except for CLD and Chiller Module If problem goes away, add additional modules back on to the communication link until the problem reoccurs to determine which module (or wire) is causing problems.
3. If the problem persists with only the CLD and the Chiller Module connected, the 1U1 Chiller Module should be replaced first.
