Issue:
Retrofitting RTAA and RTWA chillers with LonTalk
Resolution:
LonTalk Communication Interface for Chillers (LCI-C) is available for all RTAA 70-125, RTWA and RTUA chillers with the UCM control interface. The Unit Control Module is the clear language display utilized on these 70-125 ton chiller models.
Due to the nature of this control platform, the LCI-C card can be retrofitted into any of these chillers. The exception would be a chiller with the remote display panel option installed with which this option is mutually exclusive.
