Issue:
Compressor "D" is down and need to continue to run the remaining compressors
Resolution:
THIS SOLUTION ONLY WORKS WHEN THE "D" COMPRESSOR IS DOWN. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS PROCEDURE WHEN ANY OTHER COMPRESSOR IS DOWN.
- When Compressor D is down and the other compressor on the circuit must be run, do the following:
- In menu P5 reconfigure the chiller as the appropriate 3 compressor unit (menu item 50)
- Verify the other MCSP modules (1U4, 1U5, 1U6) are set correctly for their compressors (menu item 51)
- Verify the Current Overload Settings are correct for the remaining 3 compressors (menu item 56)
- Kill the power to the unit and then remove the power fuse from the 1U7 module
- Re-apply power and restart the chiller.
