Resolution:

This display is not an actual diagnostic
- Indication that a fault needing a manual reset is present
- By pushing NEXT after this fault, the diagnostic with the latched fault will be displayed

There are three types of diagnostics
- Latching: A condition which shall cause the machine or a portion of the machine as noted to shut down and shall require a manual reset to restore operation
- Non-Latching: A condition which shall shut down the machine or a portion of the machine as indicated
- Information Warning: No machine or circuit action is taken except to load diagnostic code into the last diagnostic register
