Issue:
Do the evaporator tubes have turbulators?
Resolution:
The only Pueblo-built chiller that will have turbulators in the evaporator is the new RTAF air-cooled VSD screw chiller that was introduced in May 2015.
All other Pueblo-built chillers (except the CGAM) use tubes that have an internally finned surface that is applied during the manufacturing process for the tube.
Notes:
No Pueblo-built chillers have turbulators in the condenser.
