Issue:
Tracer TU Access Level 4
Resolution:
To achieve access level 4 in Tracer TU; when connected to a chiller with UC800 controls:
1. Select the "wrench" tab on the right side to view the unit setpoints and configuration menus.
2. Select the "Field Startup" tab.
3. Locate the grey bar at the bottom of the screen. This grey bar also contains the "save" and "cancel" buttons.
4. Left mouse click on the LEFT END of the grey bar. The left area of the grey bar is blank, but the level 4 button is hidden in this area.
5. The level 4 setpoints should now be visible above in the "Field Startup" menus.
Notes:
Can't see the level 4 access drop down boxes?
If your laptop is a touchscreen, try touching the screen vs using the mouse pad.
If not, try increasing the screen resolution on your PC.
- Right click our our desktop, then select Display Settings.
- Then, under Scale & Layout, change the size of text and the Resolution to the recommended values.
