Does the LCI-C LonTalk card come programmed from the factory?
Resolution:
When adding a LonTalk LCI-C module that was not factory installed it will come programmed for CTV extension. Therefore, when field adding this option to RTAC Chillers, the Techview Service Tool and Rover Software will be needed. Techview Service Tool will be needed to be introduce the Main Processor (Dynaview) to the module through the binding procedure. Also, Rover service tool will be needed to flash download the correct Neuron software to the LCI-C. Detailed procedures can be found in the installation guide ACC-SVN25D-EN (or latest revision) starting in the "Hardware and Software Installation Section" of the bulletin.
