Issue:
Pueblo manufacturing has now introduced BCI2-C for Pueblo products with CH530 controls. Current manufactured products will include RTAC, RTWD, and CGAM units.
Please see BCI-C for Pueblo Chillers for details regarding chiller design sequence and which LLID (UC400, Reliatel BCI-R, and BCI2-C) was originally installed in the unit from the factory.
Design Sequence drives the type of BCI-C module/LLID in a chiller; (BCI2-C)
- RTAC Design Sequence 1L and newer
- CGAM Design Sequence X0 and newer
- RTWD / UD Design Sequence M0 and newer
- RTAC, CGAM, RTWD, and RTUD chillers selected with the BCI-C interface as an option from the factory will now have the BCI2-C module installed, configured as a BCI-C
- NOTE: All units previously installed with UC400 or BCI-R for BCI-C will transition to BCI2-C due to obsolescence of each of the two previous devices (UC400 and BCI-R)
BCI2-2 Field Installation requires KIT19852 which includes the following:
- BCI2-C LLID
- Cable
- Bracket (2X)
