Issue:
Starter Fault Type I; CH530
Resolution:
Diagnostic: Starter Fault Type I
Source: Starter
Active Period: Starting Compressor (YDelta Starters Only)
Severity: Immediate Shutdown
Persistence: Latching
Description of Trigger Behavior: The 'Starter Contactor Integrity Test' was enabled, and greater than 10% RLA was detected on one or more of the CT inputs when only the 1M contactor was commanded to pull in.
Troubleshooting Guide:
This is a specific starter test where the 1M contactor is closed first and acheck is made to ensure that there are no currents detected by the CT's. If currents are detected when only 1M is closed first at start, then one of the other contactors is shorted or there exists a wiring error.
