Resolution:
RTHC and RTHB Chillers: UCP2 Controls
RTHB
- Verify the jumper is installed from J3-1 to J3-2 on the 2U1 starter module.
- Make sure the electrical connections are good on J3-1 and J3-2.
- If the above is ok, then replace faulty 2U1 starter module.
Note: If the chiller was built prior to March 1996, then make sure RTHB-SB-3 Service Bulletin has been performed on the chiller prior to replacing the 2U1 starter module.

- Packaged unit, NO remote starter
- Chillers built prior to March 1996
- RTHC (PUEBLO) Diagnostic occurs randomly about every two weeks. Phase Sequence Monitor input is jumpered (J3-1 to J3-2) on the starter module.
