Chiller Serial Number not loaded into our system
Resolution:
Pueblo shipments prior to June 1, 2022 should have their request via the Zendesk serial request form (Submit a request – Trane Commercial - Serial Load Request (zendesk.com)). See Example A below.
Pueblo shipments after June 1, 2022 should enter a Service Now Ticket using the following link:
Report an Issue - Employee Center (service-now.com) . See Example B below.
- Select Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 - Install Base as the application causing the issue.
- Use the short description of: Order Source of Kodiak/Trane Large Shipment record missing from SIL
- Reference both the serial number (if known) or Kodiak sales order number (if known) in the detail description section. Either Kodiak sales order number or serial number must be provided. If you have both, please provide both.
