Setting up MSTP Device ID and Baud Rate

Make sure the app is installed on your phone (see "Where to Get the Symbio 700 Phone App"). After installing the app and connecting to the device (see: "Bluetooth Connection Instructions", follow these steps below to change the Device ID and/or Baud Rate.

Phone App Procedure

Step 1: 

• From the Home page of the app, go to Tools in the bottom-right corner.

Step 2: 

• Scroll down and click the Protocol Configuration tab.

Step 3: 

• To change the Device ID, click Edit in the upper-right corner.
• For Buad rate, skip to Step 5.

Step 4: 

• To Edit the software Device ID, change it to Yes (by toggling the button). Once it is Yes, click Software Device ID, change the Device ID step 4A. Once that is changed, then you can Save it in step 4B, which is on the upper right-hand side.

Step 5: 

To change the Baud Rate, click on Edit. Click Baud Rate 5A and select the desired rate from the drop-down menu. Once it is changed, Save it 5B in the upper right-hand corner.
